The offering
What this is.
Rama Farms operates managed natural farmland in the Narmada belt. Investors co-own farm plots; we provide the full operational stack — FRM team, AI advisory, crop sourcing, buyer network, and quarterly reporting. You provide the capital allocation. We provide the operations.
The NF model reduces ongoing input costs as soil health improves, creating a structural advantage over chemically-farmed land over a 5–10 year horizon. Combined with a buyer network that pays a premium for NF-grown medicinal crops, the economics improve with time rather than degrading.

Questions
FAQ.
Is this like the managed-farmland schemes that have burned investors before?
Those schemes promised fixed returns from non-existent farms. We do not promise fixed returns. We offer yield share from operating farms with verifiable land titles, real farmers, and a real advisory operation. Site visits are open anytime.
What happens if the crop fails?
NF farms carry lower input cost risk than chemical farms, but yield variability exists. A poor harvest means lower yield share for that cycle. We do not guarantee yields — we provide transparent reporting on what actually happened.
Who actually owns the land?
The ownership structure depends on the listing — some are direct investor-held titles, some are managed under a registered entity. Each listing document states this clearly. We share the full structure on request.
How are yields reported?
Every harvest is documented in the platform — weight, buyer, and price. Investors receive a quarterly summary with farm-level actuals, not projections.
