Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all users of the Rama Farms™ Platform — farmers, Field Relationship Managers (FRMs), administrators, market participants, and visitors to ramafarms.in. By using the Platform, you agree to this Policy.
Permitted use
You may use the Platform to access agricultural advisory content, record farm observations, connect with your Field Relationship Manager, and explore crop and market information — for lawful agricultural and educational purposes.
Prohibited conduct
You must not use the Platform to:
- Post, transmit, or distribute content that is defamatory, harassing, hateful, obscene, or that incites violence or discrimination.
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of Rama Farms or any third party.
- Submit false, misleading, or fabricated farm data, testimonials, or advisory requests.
- Impersonate any person or entity, including Rama Farms staff or FRMs.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to Platform systems, databases, or other users' accounts.
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically download Platform content without prior written permission.
- Use the Platform to send unsolicited commercial messages (spam).
- Introduce malware, viruses, or any code designed to disrupt or damage Platform systems.
- Use the Platform in any way that violates applicable Indian law, including the IT Act 2000, the DPDP Act 2023, or the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita 2023.
- Make any investment solicitation or financial promotion through the Platform.
Enforcement
Violations of this Policy may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your account, removal of content, and — for serious violations — referral to law enforcement. We reserve the right to take any action necessary to protect the Platform, its users, and third parties.
Reporting violations
If you encounter content or conduct that violates this Policy, report it to our Grievance Officer at grievance@ramafarms.in. We acknowledge within 24 hours and resolve within 15 days.
