How to raise a grievance
Email grievance@ramafarms.in with:
- Your name and contact details.
- A description of the grievance — what happened, when, and what outcome you seek.
- Any relevant screenshots or supporting information.
Response timelines
- Acknowledgment: within 24 hours of receipt.
- Resolution: within 15 days of receipt (standard grievances).
- Grievances involving requests to take down unlawful content under IT Rules 2021 will be acted upon within 36 hours of actual knowledge or order.
Scope of grievances we handle
- Privacy and data protection complaints.
- Requests to correct, delete, or access your personal data.
- Concerns about content published about you on the Platform.
- Advisory or service quality complaints.
- Any other concerns about Platform conduct or compliance.
Escalation
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India (DPBI) once it is operational, or approach the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission. For content-related grievances under IT Rules 2021, appeals may be raised before the Grievance Appellate Committee (GAC) constituted by the Government of India.
