Who we are.
A small team building the advisory and market infrastructure that natural farming in central India needs. Rooted in Narmadapuram. Built deliberately, slowly, and with consent.
Mission
Why this exists.
Rama Farms AI exists to make natural farming economically viable for smallholder farmers in Narmadapuram, Madhya Pradesh — by pairing 25+ years of NF field knowledge with an AI advisory layer, and connecting the produce that results to buyers who understand its value.
The deeper version: we believe regenerative agriculture in India will only scale if the trust infrastructure scales with it. A farmer who restores their soil but cannot sell into a premium market is a farmer who stops next year. A buyer who wants traceable produce but cannot verify provenance is a buyer who buys less. We're building the connective tissue that makes both sides bet on each other.

Field team
The FRMs.
Our Farm Resource Managers live in the communities they serve. They visit farmers weekly, troubleshoot field conditions in real time, and are the human layer that makes the AI advisory effective. Profiles and names published with their consent.
