By accessing or using ramafarms.in and any related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. What the Platform provides
Rama Farms™ provides agricultural advisory content, crop research information, and tools to support natural farming practice in Narmadapuram, Madhya Pradesh. All advisory content — whether AI-generated, curated by Rama Farms staff, or delivered by Field Relationship Managers — is informational and indicative only. It does not constitute professional agronomic, medical, financial, or legal advice.
Crop yield ranges, income projections, and practice recommendations are indicative estimates based on regional benchmarks. Actual outcomes depend on rainfall, soil conditions, market prices, and individual practice fidelity, and are not guaranteed.
3. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rama Farms™ and its operators are not liable for any loss, damage, or harm arising from reliance on advisory content provided through the Platform, including crop losses, income shortfalls, or input costs incurred based on recommendations.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the fees you have paid to Rama Farms in the three months preceding the claim (which, for the free advisory service, is zero).
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by law.
4. Your responsibilities
- You must be 18 years or older to create an account.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit (farm details, location, crop records).
- You agree not to misuse the Platform in ways prohibited by our Acceptable Use Policy.
- You are responsible for decisions made on the basis of advisory content. The Platform is a tool to support your judgment, not replace it.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this Platform — crop research cards, advisory engine outputs, photographs, text, and the Rama mascot — is the intellectual property of Rama Farms™ (Akshay Chouksey) unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Farmer-submitted content (observations, photos, notes) remains your property. By submitting it, you grant Rama Farms a limited licence to use it to deliver and improve the advisory service.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. You may stop using the Platform at any time. On termination, your right to use the Platform ends; data retention follows our Privacy Policy.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hoshangabad (Narmadapuram), Madhya Pradesh.
8. Arbitration
Before initiating court proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for 30 days. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996, with a single arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement, proceedings in Hindi or English, venue Narmadapuram, Madhya Pradesh.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
